- What is Flip-Start.com?
- Flip-Start.com is a property locator and research tool for real estate investors.
You will find more than just pre-forclosures, bank owned, and sheriff sale properties. We
also provide supporting information including property value and location to help you quickly
decide your next move.
- What areas of the country does Flip-Start.com cover?

- How much is Flip-Start.com?
- Flip-Start.com is a subscription service that is $47.00 a month.
- How will I be billed?
- Currently Flip-Start.com accepts payments through PayPal billed monthly.
- How do I cancel my account?
- Very simple.
Trial Account - Do nothing. Since we don't collect any credit card
information for a trial account you won't be charged anything. When your trial account expires you account
will automatically be disabled.
Full Access Account - Log in to your acccount. Click the "My Account" link
in the upper right hand corner of the screen. Then click the "Account Information" tab
at the top of the screen. Click the "Close Account" button and follow the PayPal screens.
- How accurate is your data?
- Very accurate. We have compared our data with some of the leading
foreclosure listing sites and have found that their data tends to be a couple
weeks to as many as six months old. Our data is entered the same day that it
is filed by the court.
