Hi, I'm Charles Snell and I am the founder of Flip-Start, a foreclosure listing site and real estate investing tool. I
started Flip-Start in 2007 to help investors in Allegheny county analyze potential rental properties quicker.
When I started investing in real estate I could not find a good tool to help me analyze rental properties. I created an Excel spreadsheet
but it was tedious to find the property, scour information from various websites, and enter that data into the Excel spreadsheet
for each and every property I found. So I built Flip-Start to do the heavy lifting for me.
